The Velenia Association is looking for anatural referencing (SEO) expertto implement and maintain best practices for the visibility of its website, improve its ranking on search engines, and support the dissemination of its social, ecological, and preventive health projects. This volunteer mission is aimed at an experienced person, capable of analyzing, structuring, and optimizing a website (Odoo) according to current SEO best practices.

Main responsibilities

  • Conduct acomplete SEO auditof the site velania.net (structure, content, performance, indexing).
  • Optimize thetechnical tags: titles, meta descriptions, Hn tags, ALT attributes, URLs.
  • Improve thestructure of the pagesand the semantic coherence of the content.
  • Develop akeyword strategysuitable for the association's activities (well-being, health prevention, ecology, social projects).
  • Optimize thetechnical performance: loading speed, images, scripts, page weight.
  • Set up SEOdashboards(Search Console, Analytics, tracking tools).
  • Advise the team onbest editorial practicesfor future publications.
  • Propose continuous improvements to enhance the visibility of the site and projects.

Desired Skills


  • Excellent mastery of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.

  • Knowledge of tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush or equivalents.

  • Ability to analyze data and formulate clear recommendations.

  • Proficiency in writing or revising optimized content.

  • Knowledge of Odoo Website (a plus, but not mandatory).

  • Teaching ability and capacity to convey best practices to the team.
